Q: What are fat soluble vitamins?

A: Fat soluble vitamins are vitamins that are absorbed and stored in fatty tissues, such as your liver. These include vitamins A, D, E and K. Many people have difficulty absorbing these vitamins for various reasons so we created liquid vitamins that are more easily absorbed by the body.  

 

Q: What do each of these vitamins do?

A: Each of these vitamins helps maintain and improve various aspects of your health. Vitamin A is great for improving your vision and the production of new cells. Vitamin D works to support heart health, bone strength, and blood sugar levels. Vitamin E is great for the immune system and helps with healing of your tissues. Q: I heard you need to consume foods with fat when taking fat soluble vitamins. Do I need to do that with these vitamins?

A: It’s not necessary, the reason we provide liquid vitamins vs. pill form is because it’s much more bioavailable, which means they’re more easily digested by your body. However, if you do want to take them with food or in your morning tea/coffee, it is even more beneficial.

 

Q: What if I forget to take a dose?

A: Listen to our reminders - if you forget though, just take your dose when you remember it, and keep track of your vitamin intake.

 

Delivery Questions

Q: How many doses are delivered at once?

A: We deliver a week’s worth at a time - 7 doses, one for each day.

 

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my vitamins?

Q: Where do you currently deliver?

A: We currently deliver to all 50 states in the U.S. We are working to expand our delivery to other countries.

 

Q: What if I will be gone/out of town when my vitamins are delivered?

A: Please notify us if you’re heading out for travel, or require more than one week’s supply to take with you. We want to keep you equipped, no matter where you are!

 

Package/subscription based Questions

Q: What are the differences between the packages?

A: Each package comes with customized liquid vitamins sent to you weekly. You have the option of simply taking our survey, performing a diagnostic test, or both depending on which package you choose. For more information, email support@mynutrigene.com.  

 

Q: How do I take the diagnostic test and send you the results?

Q: How long is the subscription?

A: You can opt out anytime after the first 3 months, and give us two weeks notice so we stop your shipments after that. We want you to experience how a tracked regimen makes a difference to your health, so recommend staying on board for at least the 3 month duration at first.
